• Candidates Should Possess Graduation & its Equivalent.

• Height: 5.7 inches for Male & 5.2 inches for Female
• Relaxable to notified Hill Area residents by 5 cms
• Chest (Male): 33 Inches with an expansion of 1.5 Inches
• Race (Male): One mile in Six minutes
• Race (Female): 500 meters in Two minutes & Thirty Seconds
• For Ex-Serviceman above 35 years of age, Physical Efficiency Test will consist of one mile jogging in 10 minutes.
• Long Jump: 14 Feet (Male) & 8 Feet (Female)
• High Jump: 4 Feet (Male) & 3 Feet (Female)
